Access to Chapter 13 Case Data is available to users who register with this office and meet the following requirements:

You must appear as a Creditor in an "active" Chapter 13 case in which Joyce Bradley Babin is the appointed Trustee.

Read the Website Access Agreement and complete the access request form.

All agreements are manually processed and may take between 1 to 5 business days to process.
