MAKE A PAYMENT
Payments are due to the Trustee by the 22nd of each month. The following payment options are available:
Payroll Deduction:
If you have an employer and want your employer to send your payment, you may request payroll deduction. You will need to provide the Trustee’s office with the name and address of your employer and the frequency of your pay – whether you are paid weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly.
Making Payments Online:
You MUST have a checking or savings account.
You CANNOT use Debit cards, Credit Cards, or Pre-Paid Cards.
Make a one time payment or make all your payments online using Chapter 13 ePay.
Schedule date and amount of each payment to be paid from your checking or savings account.
Save the cost of purchasing money orders or cashier's check.
Stop paying overnight mailing prices to ensure your payment arrives on time.
The transaction fee for online payments is $1.50.
Making Payments by Phone:
Call 1-877-564-6751 and follow the voice prompts.
Have your case number and bank information ready to input on the keypad. This is a menu-driven system.
You MUST have a checking or savings account.
You CANNOT use Debit cards, Credit Cards, or Pre-Paid Cards
Schedule date and amount of each payment to be paid from your checking or savings account.
Save the cost of purchasing money orders or cashier's check.
Stop paying overnight mailing prices to ensure your payment arrives on time.
The transaction fee for phone payments is $1.50.
Making Payments by Online TFS:
Access directly at www.tfsbillpay.com. Pay using a checking or savings account, or with Matercard debit card. Make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. Transaction fees range from $0.99 to $9.99 based on payment amount.
Making Payments by MoneyGram:
Create a MoneyGram account and obtain a MoneyGram code at www.tfsbillpay.com or by calling the hotline at (888) 739-2749. When you provide your case number, name of your assigned Trustee (Joyce Bradley Babin), and the last four digits of your social security number, a MoneyGram Card will be generated and sent to you. Simply bring your MoneyGram Card, your payment, and identification to any one of over 39,000 locations nationwide.
A bank account is not necessary to use MoneyGram. Payments can be made with cash.
Payments can be made with cash or debit card at Walmart locations.
Once your payment is made, it can be tracked but takes 3-4 business days to be posted to your Chapter 13 case.
Every MoneyGram transaction includes a flat fee of $8.99.
Making Payments by TFS eWage:
Allows your plan payment to be withheld from your paycheckand sent to the Trustee without identifying to your empolyer the nature of the withholding. Contact your attorney to set up TFS eWage. $1.99 transaction fee.
Mailing Payments:
Make your check, money order or cashier's check payable to: Joyce Babin, Trustee.
The payment must reflect your CASE NUMBER and NAME as reflected on the case.
